Cairn Desktop releases

What changed in each version of Cairn Desktop. Updates download in the background and install when Cairn restarts, never during a recording.

0.1 — first release (not yet published)

• Record any Mac or Windows app: clicks, double-clicks, typing (the field's name, never the value), scrolling and app switches, each with a screenshot cropped to the window you're in.
• Pause, Delete last and Undo, notes, and narration.
• A collapsible pill, a click marker, and a larger preview of any step.
• Steps upload while you record; Stop & save guide builds the draft in your portal.
• Recordings are saved on your computer until your portal has them: offline, a failed upload, a crash or a quit never loses them.
• Workspace and personal blocked apps; Cairn never records itself.
• Settings for the account, recording, privacy, updates and help, including diagnostics with no captured content.
